Southern Underground Pro Wrestling comes to The Collective with Swing Of The Axe. S.U.P as they are more commonly known are representing the criminally underrecognized southern indie scene and they will be looking to make a big, big impression during The Collective.
Nolan Edwards vs AJ Gray
AJ Gray makes his return to S.U.P and while they would have liked to have the reunion at home they will welcome him back with open arms here as he takes on Nolan Edwards. Edwards is a rising name in the indie scene as part of Detroit Punk and has wrestled for notable southern indies like S.U.P and ACTIOn Wrestling. Edwards could earn a lot from a win here with all eyes on The Collective so you know he will give Gray everything he’s got.

To Infinity And Beyond (Colin Delaney & Cheech Hernandez) vs Violence Is Forever (Kevin Ku & Dominic Garrini)
Two top tag teams square off in this one as the first-ever SUP Tag Team Champions take on Delaney and Hernandez. Garrini and Ku are both stars on MLW Fusion but long before that have been one of the best tag teams in the US with their highly physical style of wrestling make them favourites everywhere they go. Delaney and Hernandez have a tough task in this one but they’re more than up to the challenge
Jaden Newman vs Anthony Henry
Newman is a young man who has very much been stuck in his region for some time. While he has competed on GCW events he has not yet been able to break out beyond his own regions top indies. In this match he gets to take on Anthony Henry who will be retiring at the end of 2020. Henry is giving it his all to go out with the best matches possible and that may be what helps Newman break out in a major way.
Erick Stevens vs Brett Ison
Erick Stevens is a pro’s pro when it comes to this sport and thanks to his years of experience has been able to become one of the top names on the indies today. His opponent is former SUP Bonestorm Champion Brett Ison. Ison is a top tier brawler who is tough as nails which Stevens will only be too happy about. If you like guys throwing hands in the ring then this is the match for you.
Allie Kat vs Davienne
Allie Kat is set to have a big weekend at The Collective. In this match she faces off with Davienne. Davienne is a familiar face to fans of the New England indie scene as she has wrestled for a number of top promotions in the region. She has captured a number of women’s championships in the area and has also won tag team gold alongside JT Dunn. Her and Kat will no doubt take each other to the limit in this one
Lee Moriarty vs Daniel Makabe
For many fans, this is one of the most eye-catching matches of the entire weekend. Moriarty has become a big star on the indies ever since his debut for GCW and he has become one of the most talked-about talents in the scene. In this match he takes on the technical wrestling genius Daniel Makabe. Given Moriarty’s influences he can go on the ground, but can he hang with one of the best around?
Jake Something vs O’Shay Edwards
O’Shay Edwards is a name that will eventually reign at the top of the indie world but for now the big bad kaiju is staying on the grind as he makes his name on the indie scene. He faces a tough task in Jake Something, while he can be seen on TV playing the comedic Cousin Jake, long time fans know Something as one of the best big men on the indies. Something has the pedigree to succeed as he has held gold in AAWPro and is the current Black Label Pro Champion. This will be a hoss battle to keep an eye on as Edwards will be looking to steal the show at Swing Of The Axe
Bonstorm Championship: A.C Mack (C) vs 1 Called Manders
A.C Mack defends his bonestorm championship against his top contender. Manders was supposed to get this shot months ago before COVID-19 shut down shows but now after months of waiting he gets his shot at Mack. Double champion Mack rules the indie scene in the south and holds both the Bonestorm Championship and the ACTION title. There are few people that we could see unseating Mack given his talents but Manders is more than up to that task.
S.U.P Awing Of The Axe will take place at Marion County Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, Indiana, on October 9th, 2020. Tickets for the events are on sale now. For those that are unable to attend live, Swing Of The Axe will air live on FITE.tv; further details can be found below. Swing Of The Axe is part of a larger project known as The Collective. Be sure to check out other events during this block and support independent wrestling!
