BIG changes are being made to AEW Dynamite after Lance Archer confirmed that he had tested positive for COVID-19. He was originally set to team with Brian Cage and Ricky Starks against Jon Moxley, Will Hobbs, and Darby Allin in six-man tag action to preview his title match with Jon Moxley. Plans have now changed
When I returned from our last show, a family member was ill when I got home. I found out later a friend who had taken my family member to the Vet for our Dachshund was COVID positive. While at home, now I’ve also gotten sick tested positive. I feel ok, expect to see me in 2 wks

Jon Moxley has stated on twitter that he will now defend his championship LIVE on AEW Dynamite tonight. Our guess is we see Eddie Kingston challenge for the title as Kingston has campaigned in recent weeks that he was never actually eliminated from the Casino Battle Royal meaning he should be next in line for Moxley’s Championship. Update: Tony Khan has announced that we WILL see Jon Moxley vs Eddie Kingston for the AEW World Championship
Change of plans. I'm putting up the title tonight. Live TV babe. #AEWDynamite

There is currently no word on whether Hobbs, Allin, Cage, or Starks will be in action tonight. We wish Lance Archer a speedy recovery.
