Mika Iwata Announces Return From Injury

Mika Iwata Return

Mika Iwata has not wrestled for June 2019.  At the time she was set to take on Sareee in a match for the Sendai Girls World Championship.  Unfortunately, we never got that match as Iwata announced she would be taking time off due to neck injuries.  Since then fans have been waiting to see the talented performer make her return.  Earlier today on a Sendai Girls show, that was streamed live, Iwata finally announced that her return will take place on November 22nd at a show now titled Kick Forever.

It was surely only a matter of time before we saw Mika Iwata again as fans had noticed she was in pictures training with the other Sendai Girls roster members and she had even been seen at shows.  Now we have an official date, although it is two months away, for her return.

With Sareee currently allowed to compete all around Japan due to her inability to get into the USA to join WWE we may finally get the match we’ve all been waiting for between her and Mika Iwata.

Whether we get that dream match or not we’re just happy to see Iwata back and doing what she does best and hope she has a long career ahead.
