Friday Night SmackDown has more hype in it than it has in months and a lot of that has to do with the return of “The Big Dog.” Considering it’s already to go-home show for Payback, expect this show to be newsworthy. Here’s the preview:
Contract Signing For Universal Championship Match
Roman Reigns shocked the world when he returned following the main event of SummerSlam to simply “Wreck Everything & Leave.” He told Braun Strowman that he made him and told “The Fiend” that he is only a monster when he’s not there. Well now, all three men will step inside the ring this coming Sunday at Payback as they face off for the Universal Championship. But first, we need a contract to be signed. Chaos will be alive and well when these three men step inside the squared circle. All anyone can think about is what Roman Reigns may have to say.
Miz TV With Big E As It’s Special Guest
Big E had words to say this past Saturday on Talking Smack as he did not appreciate The Miz‘s blindness to Kofi Kingston‘s inability to get a title shot and eventually himself. He made clear that there was a reason he was not getting Universal Championship opportunities and has waited 7 years so far to do so. Of course, that means Big E will be the special guest on this week’s Miz TV on SmackDown with plenty of reasons to want to fight. Expect these two to build to a match at Payback.
