Trish Adora
Trish Adora made a huge statement when she won the PAWD championship. She was the only woman in the field of eight competitors vying for the championship yet she managed to emerge victorious and ended that show in her home town as the first ever champion. The Team 3D trainee Adora had a really good 2019 which saw her debut for Pro Wrestling: EVE, Ring Of Honor, and Shine. She also has history in GCW as she was the promotions first-ever women’s champion. Now she returns to the promotion as the PAWD champion for this hotly anticipated match.
Queen Aminata
The challenger in this match for the Pan-Afrikan World Diaspora Wrestling Championship match is Queen Aminata. You may not yet know the name of Queen Aminata yet but you will one day as she is a rising star in the world of professional wrestling. She spent the tail end of 2019 touring Japan with Marvelous and being trained by the legendary Chigusa Nagayo, who is one of the best wrestlers of all time. The time in Japan has helped Aminata hone her game and now not only does she have the charisma of a queen, but she wrestles like one too.
It cannot be understated important and buzzworthy this match is. Two of the top up and coming women colliding for the PAWD championship, and GCW knows just how important this match is as they have given it the hype treatment it deserves. This show is free to attend so anyone in the Indiana area would go for this match alone. More details on the event can be seen here.
