Roman Reigns Makes Shocking Return To WWE At SummerSlam

Roman Reigns SummerSlam

“The Big Dog” is back. At the conclusion of the Universal Championship match between “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns made his triumphant return to WWE. In that return, he took out both the new champion Wyatt and former champion Strowman with devastating spears. The show concluded with Reigns holding the Universal Championship above his head, making it clear he wanted next.

The shocking return was a long time coming, as WWE was in need of the star power that Reigns carries. What could intrigue fans the most is that Reigns wore a new shirt saying “Wreck Everyone & Leave.” While that can be taken in different ways, one thing that you can assume as Reigns does not care who he has to go through, he is taking his place at the top of the throne back.

You could also hear “The Big Dog” telling Wyatt that he couldn’t handle being the top guy and that it was his time to take that spot. Reigns told Strowman “I made you” after putting him down as well. Telling words from Reigns, who was set to main event WrestleMania against Goldberg for the Universal Championship before pulling out. Loud and clear Roman.

Dating back to 2018, Reigns wasn’t even able to lose the Universal Championship himself, as his battle with leukemia forced him to relinquish the championship. This has all been in the works as the time was ticking in Reigns’ head as to when it was time to come home to the WWE.

The excitement in what is next for Roman Reigns, “The Fiend,” and Strowman should make SmackDown a must-see show this week.
