This is among the most shocking results in New Japan’s history as the ultra-popular Naito once again has his heavyweight championship reign cut short at Dominion, this time by his former stablemate EVIL.

It was revealed post-match that Dick Togo has joined Bullet Club! Togo had been disguised as BUSHI leading some to believe LIJ had a second betrayal. After the match we also saw Hiromu Takahashi make the challenge to EVIL for either of his championships, the title isn’t important to Takahashi he just wants revenge on the man that turned on his faction and has now defeated his leader.

What a development from NJPW as they have given their product a shot in the arm here. Tetsuya Naito once again faces a long road to redemption to get back to the top of the mountain, Bullet Club runs the company with EVIL as their centerpiece, Dick Togo is ready to have the biggest run of his career, and LIJ will no doubt be out for revenge. A determined and slighted LIJ is one that you do not want to mess with.
