A few days ago it was revealed that Michael Elgin had been suspended by IMPACT Wrestling alongside their firing of Joey Ryan and Dave Crist. It would now appear that Michael Elgin is gone from the company.
IMPACT released a statement on their website stating:
IMPACT Wrestling has announced that Michael Elgin will not be appearing in any further IMPACT Wrestling programming.
This further muddies the water of IMPACT’s main event scene as the announced Slammiversary main event is now missing Elgin and reportedly the fired Tessa Blanchard. IMPACT has seemingly taped up to their big summer event but will now be forced to go forward without Crist, Ryan or Elgin being featured as all three are seemingly set to be scrubbed from the taping (Crist supposedly wasn’t part of the taping anyway)
