Pro Wrestling Revolver has become Iowa’s premier indie promotion, thanks to the high profile of their owner, IMPACT‘s Sami Callihan. This WrestleMania Week they return with their hotly anticipated fourth edition of Pancakes & Piledrivers, their Saturday tradition of brunch and pro wrestling at WrestleCon. Revolver has begun announcing matches and talents coming to Ybor City (a suburb of Tampa) this April.
Chris Dickinson vs. Shingo Takagi
In what is sure to be one of the most anticipated matches of the whole week, US indie megastar Chris Dickinson, who was the MVP of 2019 for Beyond Wrestling as well as Game Changer Wrestling (GCW), takes on NJPW star and Los Ingobernables de Japon‘s Shingo Takagi. Two men who have an uncanny combination of power, speed, and technical ability, this has all the makings for match of the week.
WhatCulture Death Match: Sami Callihan vs. Simon Miller
Simon Miller, one of the personalities from WhatCulture and host of Kayfabe News’ video segments, just got himself in a pro wrestling ring in 2018, but during WrestleMania Week, he may have bitten off more than he can chew. He’s scheduled to face Sami Callihan in a death match.
The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) vs. The Super Besties (ACH, Mat Fitchett & Davey Vega)
A huge match that is sure to be one of the week’s most athletic contests, as all three members of IMPACT’s The Rascalz pair up in a 6-man tag match to face one of the best tag teams in the US right now, The Besties in the World, who are pairing up with recently returned to the indies ACH.
The North (Ethan Page & Josh Alexander) vs. The Rough Riders (Jordynne Grace & Jessicka Havok)
It’s something akin to a DC Comics special event, where characters from different universes collide in one timeline. IMPACT World Tag Team Champions The North are set to face off against two members of The Rough Riders, the stable who appeared on IMPACT Wrestling’s 80s themed show. The full stable also included Tessa Blanchard and Alexia Nicole, but for this match, it’ll be IMPACT Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace and Jessicka Havok.
