PROGRESS Wrestling’s trip to WrestleMania week for PROGRESS Tampa has had five more names added since our last update. Proteus Champion Paul Robinson, Spike Trivet, former tag team champion Kyle Fletcher, and the tag team Warbeast have all been added to the show.
Spike Trivet
The leader of DO Not Rescuciatate makes his way to Tamps for PROGRESS Tampa. Trivet is one of the best heels in the UK scene with his punchable face and “better than you” attitude making him easy to hate. Trivet currently holds the North and Riptide championships and as part of DnR has been a big part of the PROGRESS ever since the factions debut
Warbeast (Fatu & Josef Samael)
A suprising addition to the card is the dominant duo of Josef Samael and Jacob Fatu. These two have taken over Major League Wrestling as part of the CONTRA unit but even before that the two were dominant forces in places like DEFY Wrestling and PCW Ultra, where they have been tag team champions for over ONE THOUSAND days. The Warbeast team will be looking to make a big impact with new toys to play with at PROGRESS Tampa
Kyle Fletcher
The former tag team specialist Kyle Fletcher is looking to show the world his talents while partner Mark Davis misses time due to injury. Fletcher is a highly decorated tag team wrestler as Aussie Open ruled tag team wrestling in the UK for years. Fletcher has held tag team gold in every major UK promotion but aside from 24/7 title wins has yet to capture singles gold.
Paul Robinson
The Proteus champion will be at PROGRESS Tampa. Paul Robinson has always been a big part of PROGRESS whether in the early days as one of the Natural Progression Series finalists or as part of the Regression faction that was involved in the hottest storyline in company history. Nowadays Robinson is trusted to be the first-ever Proteus champion as he looks to elevate the title and potentially defend it in Tampa.
