Beyond Wrestling To Crown First Champion For Network Pilot

Beyond Wrestling

Beyond Wrestling continues to build momentum on a stellar past few years that saw them launch a weekly program on IndependentWrestling.tv (IWTV), Uncharted Territory, and watch their YouTube channel recently surpassed 2 million subscribers. As previously reported, Beyond has announced it is filming a Network Pilot episode for a potential new home for Beyond’s new television footprint.

More details have emerged, as IWTV announced that Beyond was going to crown their very first Beyond Champion. Since its formation in 2009, Beyond has been title free, although other indies have sanctioned defenses on Beyond programming, as well as IWTV’s Independent Wrestling Championship. As seen in the heading, Beyond has undergone a logo facelift, now named Beyond Championship Wrestling (BCW).

As seen in the press release, “The historic pilot taping takes place on Sunday March 1st at Melrose Memorial Hall in Melrose, MA with less than 100 tickets left available.” To get tix to the historic event, head over here. They also announced that for the first time ever, Beyond will be initiating an on-screen General Manager.
