After running 12 episodes this fall Beyond’s Uncharted Territory season two is coming to an end. 2019 was an important year where they launched Uncharted Territory, hosted over 30 shows, had one of the biggest indie wrestling shows of the year at Americanrana and ran shows in Boston and on the beach. Uncharted Territory has been one of the best weekly wrestling shows in 2019 and their final show of the year has one of the most stacked lineups, busting with talent that has worked hard over the past two seasons to make Uncharted Territory so special.
Rickey Shane Page vs Chris Dickinson
Beyond will be teaming up with GCW and Fite TV for this match up with GCW Champion Rickey Shane Page taking on Beyond’s Ace Chris Dickinson in a non-title match up. Dickinson has been a staple of both seasons of Uncharted Territory. Over the course of season 1, leading to his match with Daisuke Sakimoto, Dickinson challenged some of the best talents from around the world. Dickinson would go all of season one without a singles loss. He would only lose to Chuck O’Neil a few weeks back in his first singles loss in all of Uncharted Territory. On the season finale of Uncharted Territory he will take on the current GCW Champion and a founder of Beyond Wrestling Rickey Shane Page. Page has only made one Uncharted Territory appearance in an insane deathmatch at Beyond’s 10 year Anniversary during season one.
The match will take place during GCW’s intermission and be broadcast on both IWTV and Fite TV during the GCW show.
Tournament for Tomorrow Finals: Richard Holliday vs Christan Casanova
This year’s Tournament from Tomorrow will come to an end tonight on Uncharted Territory. The tournament which this year has only featured wrestlers from New England has been a rollercoaster. We have seen best friends turn to enemies, underdogs pick up huge wins and surprise entrants. Everything will come to an end when former Club Cam stablemates meet one on one between Richard Holliday and Christan Casanova.
Independent Wrestling Championship: WARHORSE (C) vs Josh Briggs
Since winning the Independent Wrestling Championship WARHORSE has defended it at ten different promotions all across the country. He has defended it twice in Beyond against DL Hurst and Wheeler YUTA at All Hands On Deck and against Orange Cassidy at Sodom and Gomorrah but he has never defended it on Uncharted Territory. Tonight WARHORSE changes that defending his IWTV Championship against Beyond regular Josh Briggs. Briggs is less than a week away from facing his best friend at Heavy Lies the Crown but he will need to put that aside, for now, and focus all of his energy on WARHORSE if Briggs wants to leave as Independent Wrestling Champion.
Legit Legends vs Buffalo Brothers
Chuck O’Neil and Violence is Forever have made quite a statement over the past few weeks. Chuck O’Neil was able to defeat Chris Dickinson. Violence is Forever beat Team Pazuzu in a tag team match. When the three wrestled as a trio for the first time they were able to take out the team of Beyond favorites Nick Gage, Kris Statlander and Wheeler YUTA. This week they will face off against a group of wrestlers who have also used Uncharted Territory to prove they are some of the best in the indie wrestling scene, Puf, Kevin Blackwood and Daniel Garcia. All three of these Buffalo wrestlers had good 2019s and two of them were injured for the entire first half of the year. Each one of the Buffalo boys is a great wrestler for vastly different reasons and will be destined to breakout stars in 2020.
Kris Statlander vs Anthony Greene W/Ava Everett
This will be a first time ever match up between two Uncharted Territory regulars. Kris Statlander has put on some of the best Uncharted Territory matches throughout the past two seasons, her matches with Joey Janela, Nick Gage, and Mercedes Martinez have all been possible match of year contenders. With her signing to AEW and becoming their Women’s Championship’s number one contender her days in Beyond might be limited. In what could be her last Uncharted Territory match she will be facing Anthony Greene who has also had a long and winding road through Uncharted Territory. Which started with him challenging wrestling legends in the Retrobution Tour and will end with him facing off against his former best friend Josh Briggs at Heavy Lies the Crown.
John Silver vs Jody Threat
Another AEW signee will be in action when John Silver takes on Jody Threat. Threat has made a name for herself over this season of Uncharted Territory. The Canadian wrestler had been on three episodes of Uncharted Territory two of them being showcase matches and one match against Leyla Hirsch. Expect to see more of her next year in Beyond.
John Silver announced he has signed with AEW but will still be trying to wrestle in Beyond. Telling the audience he asked in his contract to be allowed wrestle in Beyond. While the details are still fuzzy John Silver has two more scheduled matches in Beyond where he will face Jody Threat on this show and AEW Star Kris Statlander at Heavy Lies the Crown.
Brandon Thurston vs Megabyte Ronnie
Brandon Thurston has become one of the most hated men in all of Beyond Wrestling. After his fantastic match against Jay Freddie during season one the two would meet three other times. Thurston would get the win once, a dq loss another time and the final match would end with a scary fall and a no contest. Thurston has also used his platform in Beyond to bring in other Buffalo talent to be seen by everyone. This week he will bring in Megabyte Ronnie.
Flying V Showcase: Arik Royal & The Ugly Ducklings vs Head of the Class
This match will be a Flying V Showcase match that will take place the next night on Independent Wrestling TV. Arik Royal will be teaming with the Ugly Ducklings to take on Logan Easton Laroux and the rest of his stable Head of the Class. Flying V is a fun promotion that usually has some of the best east coast talent and lots of Chikara wrestlers on their shows. Their Friday show should be a good watch and this match will be a great example of what you can expect to see.
Discovery Gauntlet: Aaron Rouke (C) vs Slade
The last Discovery Gauntlet of the year. Over the course of both seasons of Uncharted Territory, the Discovery Gauntlet has been a great way to get more eyes on some of the most exciting young talents in wrestling (and Thomas Santell). Aaron Rourke has done just that with his 4-0 run. This week he will have his toughest opponent yet in Slade.
