During International Wrestling Australia’s (IWA) event, Tavern Turmoil, Dazza would claim gold IWA gold by defeating Headhunter Rig.
Prior to this match, these two men had a long history, often competing as a tag team together. On this night though with only one loss on his IWA record, Dazza had earned his opportunity at IWA gold.
Dazza Captures IWA Trans-Tasman Championship
This victory is a big moment in Dazza’s career as he had to defeat one of Australia’s fastest rising stars. Over the course of 2019, Headhunter Rig had been claiming trophy after trophy for his wall from every challenger that dared set foot in an IWA ring with him.
