On Monday morning, representatives of the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) held a press conference to introduce their champions and stars as they prepare for their first TV tapings for NWA Power in Atlanta, Georgia on Monday and Tuesday night. NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis, NWA World Tag Team Champions The Wildcards (Royce Isaacs & Thomas Latimer), NWA National Heavyweight Champion “Cowboy” James Storm, and NWA World’s Women’s Champion Allysin Kay, plus NWA stars Eli Drake and Tim Storm all spoke about their love for the NWA’s history and excitement for where the new NWA was headed.

After all the introductions, it was time for NWA owner Billy Corgan to speak, who came out to give the details everyone was looking for – when these tapings would air. Billy Corgan announced that the new NWA show will be called NWA Power and air free on the NWA YouTube Channel on Tuesday nights at 6:05pm EST (in honor of the 6:05pm start time of the classic NWA on Saturday show) starting on October 8.

On a press release simultaneously posted, they further added:
As unveiled today by NWA President Billy Corgan at the Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta…. this return to its roots for the National Wrestling Alliance with studio wrestling is being made widely available for all great wrestling fans at the same time around the world. You can watch this show with no restrictions, no paywalls. Watch with other NWA fans during the live premiere every Tuesday at 6:05pm Eastern.
And if you can’t watch the live premiere, the show will be available on-demand via those platform plus they will be made available on Fite.TV every Saturday Night.
