#AndNEW: Velocities Crowned New PWA Tag Team Champions

During the most recent Pro Wrestling Australia (PWA) Black Label: Break Their Backs & Make Them Rumble event an almost year-long feud came to an end.

The PWA Tag Team Championships were once against up for grabs when the reigning champs, The Nations (Jack J. Bonza & Mick Moretti) took on The Velocities (Jude London & Paris De Silva). In their two previous encounters the numbers game of The Nations, which also boasts the likes of Jessica Troy, Adam Hoffman and Madison Eagles amongst their ranks, had been too much for The Velocities to overcome. However, in recent months London and De Silva have welcomed aboard Mat Diamond, and together the three men have been courting ‘Full Force’ Mat Rogers to join as their dominant enforcer.

With the numbers game now being a little more even, and with another year of experience together under their belts, The Velocities were finally able to capture their first PWA Tag Team Championship. London and De Silva picked up the victory after Rogers finally accepted their advances and joined their team. With the outside interference handled De Silva was able to hit Moretti with his Shooting Star DDT claiming the pinfall victory.

Moving forward the now four-man strong Velocities will be a tough task for any challengers to defeat.

Looking ahead to October though De Silva, London, and Diamond will be setting their sights on trios success. As the trio is set to participate in the CHIKARA King Of Trios.
