Preview: PROGRESS – Chapter 90: The Lonesome Death Of The One-Man Cabaret Act (6/30/19)

PROGRESS Chapter 90

With most eyes on the Natural Progression Series this show is a good chance for the PROGRESS faithful to lay eyes on some of the tournament’s competitors as O.J..M.OVeit Muller and Dan Moloney all team with the performer that chose them for the tournament.  Let’s take a look at all of the action to expect from PROGRESS Chapter 90.

Connor Mills vs Paul Robinson

Young Connor Mills is still fighting for his spot on PROGRESS show and at Chapter 90 he faces one of the most vile and evil men to ever step in a PROGRESS ring.  Robinson has been involved in some of the most violent matches in PROGRESS history and won’t take it easy on young Mills.  At PROGRESS Chapter 90 Connor Mills faces a trial by fire.

NIWA vs Rickey Shane Page

South Pacific Power Trip’s NIWA faces a former Tournament Of Death Winner in RSP.  Much like the Mills/Robinson match this one will see a young performer trying to make their mark take on someone with a penchant for violence.  This time around the fans will be more than happy to see the youngster lose.

Lana Austin makes her PROGRESS debut to take on a ProJo graduate.  Austin has performed all over the UK winning titles in various promotions.  Austin is the more experienced with six years of experience under her belt and she will be looking to win and prove she belongs in PROGRESS by beating one of their own.

Brent Banks vs Jordan Devlin

Canadian Brent Banks makes his full PROGRESS debut in this one as he takes on The Irish Ace Jordan Devlin.  Banks is a regular for Smash WrestlingSuperkick’d and Barrie Wrestling and has won multiple titles in Canada like the Superkick’d title, A1 Alpha Male Championship, FIGHT! Championship, Smash Tag team championships and many more.  If Banks is looking to impress than Devlin is the perfect opponent for him as Jordan Devlin never has a bad match.

Veit Muller & WALTER vs David Starr & The O.J.M.O

The PROGRESS double champion faces the winner of SSS16 as WALTER and Davis Starr do battle once more.  This time they bring along the performers they chose to compete in the Natural Progression Series.  WALTER and David Starr are names that everyone will know but O.J.M.O and Muller may be lesser known.  Muller is a name on the rise in the German wrestling scene who had a hyped match with WALTER earlier this year and Muller eventually joined Ringkampf solidifying himself as the next big thing in wXw.  O.J.M.O was originally making waves as part of a tag team with Big T Justice but has recently been making his own mark as a singles performer getting big matches with PAC and Shingo Takagi in RevPro.  Starr and WALTER will, of course, deliver at a very high standard but O.J.M.O and Muller will be here to prove themselves.

Trent Seven & Dan Moloney vs LAX

One of the world’s best tag teams comes back to PROGRESS to take on a multi-time tag team champion Trent Seven and a man intent on proving himself since leaving WWE Dan Moloney.  LAX and Seven should need no introduction to anyone as all three have been in amazing tag matches and won tag titles everywhere they’ve been but Dan Moloney is a name that won’t be familiar to everyone.  At 22 years old Moloney is someone with all the tools to be a big star, he was cannon fodder in NXT UK for 2017-2018 but has left to have another run on the independent scene where he mostly wrestles for ATTACK! Pro Wrestling and Fight Club: Pro and is a current tag team champion in ATTACK!.  Moloney has been impressing in his latest run and will be sure to make his mark teaming with his friend Seven.
