Sammii Jayne Undergoes Surgery For Broken Clavicle

Scottish wrestler Sammii Jayne has today revealed that she will be out of action for a period of time due to a broken clavicle. The Championship Huntress stated that the injury had been bothering her for the better part of four years.

The former Pro Wrestling: EVE Champion was on a high at the beginning of 2018, holding a multitude of championships. A match with then-ICW Women’s World Champion Viper last May ended in a no contest following injuries to both and, while Viper’s injuries weren’t that serious, Sammii was left sidelined until August with a broken ankle. Although she wasn’t stripped of any of her championships during this time, she certainly lost quite a bit of steam in the process.

Sammii lost the last of her championships, the Discovery Wrestling Women’s Championship, at the start of March to Session Moth Martina in the second annual Disco Derby Match. Now that she’s finished up the last of her booking commitments, that’ll be the last we see of The Main Event Empress for the foreseeable future.

All of us at Last Word on Pro Wrestling wish Sammii a speedy recovery while she rests.
