On the same night that the Lucha Brothers, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix, won the IMPACT World Tag Team titles from LAX on IMPACT Wrestling from Mexico, the duo captured more tag team gold, defeating AR Fox and Myron Reed for the All American Wrestling (AAW) Tag Team titles at AAW Lucha City Limits in Austin, Texas.

But the victory came at a cost. At the end of the match, Fenix applied a springboard cutter and landed awkwardly, where he shouted in pain. AR Fox entered the ring and Pentagon Jr. landed his finisher to end the match and secure the tag team titles, and checked on his brother, who seemed to indicate pain in his head and neck area. Thankfully, he was able to move his arms and legs, but was still taken out on a stretcher (well, a door), where he was taken to the hospital for further tests. We’ll update the story as news comes out.
