On Saturday night at Black Label Pro Unplugged, rising star “Warhorse” Jake Parnell defeated Kobe Durst to become the new BLP Indiana State Championship. He becomes just the second man to hold the title, which was won by Durst in the Darkest Timeline Tournament last September, which crowned the newest championship for BLP. Parnell ended the 132-day reign of Durst.

A Midwest star on the rise, the St. Louis native is a 6-year pro who gained attention as part of the Viking War Party tag team but has recently become a top singles prospect. He adds the BLP Indiana State Championship to a growing trophy case that currently includes the reigning ZERO1 USA World Junior Heavyweight Championship and Outlaw Heavyweight Championship.
