Aero Star is a 16-year veteran of AAA in Mexico, debuting in 2003 at the age of 19, where he won the AAA World Tag Team titles alongside Drago. While a star in Mexico, he didn’t grab international attention until he joined the cast of Lucha Underground in 2014, where won the LU Trios Championship alongside Drago and Fenix. Last year, he and Drago debuted with IMPACT in the April TV tapings following their appearance on the IMPACT vs. Lucha Underground show on WrestleMania weekend.

While Aero Star has confirmed his return to IMPACT Wrestling, another Mexican star breaking out from Mexico teased he may also be appearing for IMPACT this weekend. On January 7, Daga tweeted a sly comment that seemed to insinuate an appearance with IMPACT may be on the horizon.
