The UK’s Fight Club: PRO promotion, owned by NXT UK star Trent Seven of Moustache Mountain, announced recently that they were throwing their first show in Japan in January at the legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo on Monday January 7, 2019. Put together in conjunction with Sendai Girls (Sendai Girls’ founder Meiko Satomura is the current FCP Champion), it’s a star studded affair featuring top talent from the UK and Japan on a mixed card.

They recently released their poster for the event, showing the inclusion of UK stars like Jimmy Havoc, CCK (Chris Brookes & Kid Lykos), Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis), Millie McKenzie, Drew Parker, and FCP Tag Team Champions The Hunter Brothers, as well as former Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) World Champion Rickey Shane Page. It also features Japanese stars like Meiko Satomura, Big Japan‘s World Heavyweight Champion Daisuke Sekimoto and Yuji Okabayashi, Pro Wrestling FREEDOMS‘ Jun Kasai, and Dragon Gate‘s Strong Hearts tandem of CIMA & T-Hawk (who are 2/3 of DDT Pro‘s KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions).
Of interesting note, front and center of the poster is WWE Superstar and 205 Live regular Akira Tozawa. The WWE is loaning the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion to FCP for the event, marking Tozawa’s first non-WWE match in Japan since he departed Dragon Gate back in 2016.
