It was a busy two days for “All Ego” Ethan Page, but not without its rewards. In fact, his two matches this weekend resulted in him capturing two championships from two different companies. On Saturday night, he faced Black Label Pro (BLP) Champion Jordynne Grace in the main event of BLP Big Trouble in Little Crown Point, defeating Grace and ending her 196-day reign as champion.

The same night that Page won gold with Black Label Pro in Crown Point, Indiana, Maxwell Jacob Friedman (or The MJF as he likes to be called) defeated Slyck Wagner Brown to become the new Xcite Wrestling International Champion in Binghampton, New York. MJF was in an All or Nothing No DQ Match that featured SWB as well as Xcite Heavyweight Champion Joe Gacy and Sean Carr as well. The stipulation was that if either Gacy or SWB were pinned, they would lose their title.

But MJF had less than 24 hours to soak in his victory and new championship gold. This evening, MJF traveled to Oshawa, Ontario, Canada for a Powerbomb.tv taping for Alpha-1 Wrestling where he faced the Alpha-1 Alpha Male Champion “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander. MJF got disqualified during his match, which caused Alexander’s Monster Mafia partner Page to challenge MJF to an impromptu match with his newly won Xcite International Championship at stake. MJF accepted and this time could wiggle out of a decision, losing his new belt to Page to end the night.

Page’s two big title wins come just over a month after he made his rebooted debut with IMPACT Wrestling, siding with Matt Sydal in a new tandem. While the duo lost their first match together at last month’s Bound For Glory to Rich Swann & Willie Mack, he followed it up with a singles victory over former 3x IMPACT X-Division Champion Trevor Lee.
