For the first time since suffering a horrific looking neck injury at the New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) G1 Special in San Francisco last weekend (while finishing the match), the reigning IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi finally spoke and offered some much needed relief (and hope) to his fans around the world. After initial reports the night of the G1 Special stated he’d broken his neck, there was some relief when he was flown back to Japan for further treatment – if his injury had been that serious he’d most likely have been grounded. But after a week of silence, the “Time Bomb” of NJPW finally sent out a communique to his fans worldwide today on Twitter:
