wXw announced the first performers for 16 Carat Gold 2018 during the wXw World Tag Team League. They are: JEFF COBB, PENTA EL ZERO M and TRAVIS BANKS.
The announcement about the first participants for the 16 Carat Gold has been done traditionally during the World Tag team League in October. 16 Carat Gold is held in March. The 2018 edition will be from March 9th through 11th. This year wXw announced three participants at the same time: Jeff Cobb – who was booked for some non tournament action last year. He competed in wXw´s shoot style tournament AMBITION and had a great match against Donovan Dijak. Penta El Zero M – the Lucha Underground star (aka Pentagon Dark) makes his return after his triumphant debut for wXw at Superstars of Wrestling 2017. Where he wrestled at a great show alongside names like: Vampiro, Angelico, Matt Riddle, Fenix etc.. Travis Banks – the “Kiwi Buzzsaw” and PROGRESS World Champion will compete in his first 16 Carat Gold Tournament this year.
