Harbor was a five-star recruit coming out of Archbishop Carroll (Washington, D.C) and the top-ranked athlete in the Class of 2023. He played wide receiver, tight end, and defensive end in high school and was also a star in track and field. Harbor committed to South Carolina and moved to wide receiver full-time. In 12 games as a true freshman, he caught 12 passes for 195 yards and a touchdown. The Gamecocks took a major leap in 2024, and Harbor saw a larger role in the offense. He had 26 receptions for 376 yards and three touchdowns across 13 games.
2025 was Harbor’s best season to date, racking up 30 catches for 618 yards and six touchdowns. He led the SEC, averaging 20.6 yards per reception. Harbor had the first two 100-yard games of his collegiate career to close out 2025 against Texas A&M and Clemson.

The first thing that sticks out with Harbor is his generational combination of size and speed. He is an exceptional deep threat who can take the top off a defense at any given moment. His aforementioned combination of size and speed makes him a dangerous player after the catch, which he showed with an 80-yard touchdown against Texas A&M. He excels at finding the soft spots in zone coverage and sitting in open space. Harbor also brings value as a kick returner, and his speed makes him an intriguing option on special teams.

There may not be a more fascinating prospect than Harbor in this upcoming class. His combination of speed and frame gives him as high a ceiling as any prospect. He is an incredible deep threat who can speed past defensive backs and make it look easy. Even if defenders manage to keep up with him, Harbor can win with physicality. If he can avoid drops and continue to improve his route running, the sky’s the limit. Harbor didn’t become a full-time wide receiver until college, so there’s been a longer period of development.
He is the ultimate wild card of the 2027 wide receiver class. His production is well behind several of his peers, but NFL teams will have a hard time passing up a player with his physical tools. Harbor is similar to Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf. Metcalf is an excellent deep threat, but isn’t an elite route runner. Harbor currently projects as a third or fourth-round pick, but can skyrocket to a surefire first-rounder if he breaks out in 2026.
