4 Denver Broncos UDFAs Who Could Make 53-Man Roster

The Denver Broncos have a great undrafted free agent class, and here are four Broncos UDFAs who could make the team’s 53-man roster.

Denver Broncos UDFAs Who Could Have an Impact During The 2026 Season

LB Taurean York, Texas A&M

York is an undersized linebacker at 5-foot-11 and 226 pounds, ranking in the third percentile in height, eighth percentile in weight, and the first percentile in arm length for the positon with a 30-inch arm length, according to Mockdraftable. He also has just average athletic ability, but despite these concerns, York also has elite football IQ. York is a highly intelligent football player with great instincts and play recognition skills. He is a disciplined defender and has tremendous experience starting 39 games at the SEC level, and he was also a team captain for two seasons at Texas A&M.

York is a high-motor player, and he was a consistently productive player in college as well, who led his team in total tackles in both the 2024 and 2025 seasons. He also excels in coverage and recorded an elite 90.8 PFF coverage grade in 2025. His lack of size and arm length, along with average athletic ability, are a big concern, but with his instincts and processing ability, York has the ability to become an impactful player in the NFL.

Taurean York Scouting Report

LB Dasan McCullough, Nebraska

McCullough is a versatile defensive player with great size and elite athletic ability. He is 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds and also ran a 4.59 40-yard dash time along with a 36-inch vertical jump, 10-foot-3 broad jump, and a 7.00 3-cone time with a 34-inch arm length. He recorded a 9.45 relative athletic score. McCullough still needs to improve his play strength and continue to develop as a pass-rusher, but with his versatility and athleticism, McCullough has the talent to develop into an impactful player in the NFL.

CB Brent Austin, California

Austin was a highly productive player in his last two seasons in college. He recorded 23 total pass deflections in 2024 and 2025 and also recorded a pick-six in 2024 and two forced fumbles during the 2025 season. Austin has good awareness in zone coverage, and he has great long speed and the ability to effectively carry receivers vertically downfield.

Austin lacks the ideal size for the position, and he needs to improve his play strength at the next level. He also has average change-of-direction speed, and he did not record an interception in 2025. However, his straight-line speed and ability to get his hands on the football, ranking second in college football last season with 13 total pass deflections, give him a chance to make the Broncos 53-man roster.

OT Tyler Miller, Iowa State

Miller is a big offensive tackle standing at 6-foot-9 and 335 pounds. He has good arm length and also tremendous athletic ability and movement skills at his size. Miller ran a 5.21 40-yard dash time and also had a 9-foot-9 broad jump, recording a 9.26 relative athletic score. He is also an experienced player with 39 starts at right tackle over the last three seasons, and he also played in 12 games, making 10 starts at right tackle during the 2022 season.

Miller was a very consistent player for Iowa State, finishing his career with 55 games played and the second most starts in school history with 50. He also earned All-Big 12 Third Team honors during the 2025 season. Miller has a good combination of elite size and experience along with good athletic ability that gives him a chance to potentially make the team’s 53-man roster.
