The Wisconsin Badgers had zero players drafted in the 2026 NFL Draft, the Badgers’ worst showing since 1978. Mason Geiger, Austin Brown, and Nyzier Fourqurean are the best bets of the nine undrafted Wisconsin Badgers to earn a roster spot this season.

-
Jackson Acker (FB), Buffalo Bills
Acker’s chance depends on the Bills carrying a fullback. Nothing is certain here, but he has a chance.
-
Vinny Anthony (WR), Atlanta Falcons
It won’t be easy for Anthony. His chance of making the team is if he can prove he can be an exceptional special teams player, including as a kick returner.
-
Ben Barten (DL), New York Giants
Barten is a solid run-stopper, and as a three-sport standout in high school at perennial power Stratford, Barten demonstrated the effort necessary to succeed. Barten will give the Giants reasons to keep him around.
-
Austin Brown (S), Indianapolis Colts
Brown is a physical, reliable player, definitely worthy of being a backup safety and a special-teams standout.
-
Nyzier Fourqurean (CB), Los Angeles Rams –
The Rams develop defensive backs better than most teams, and his coverage ability gives him a chance to impress in camp and land a roster spot.

-
Riley Mahlman (OL), Atlanta Falcons
Mahlhman has a chance at sticking with the Falcons as a guard/tackle backup. With the demand for offensive linemen, Mahlman is a near lock to at least start the season on the Falcons’ practice squad.
-
Lance Mason (TE), Seattle Seahawks
Mason has a chance, but it won’t be easy. An injury in the tight end room and/or Mason proving he can be a difference maker on special teams is necessary for him to make the team.
-
Darryl Peterson (EDGE), Los Angeles Rams
The Rams know how to develop defensive linemen. Peterson will have to prove himself with his effort to gain a spot on the practice squad.

-
Mason Reiger (EDGE/LB), Miami Dolphins
Reiger has the best shot of the bunch at sticking with an NFL team. Miami is lacking at the edge and linebacker positions, and Reiger can impress with a decent showing in training camp. Even if Reiger doesn’t stick with Miami, another team is likely to claim him, with pass-rushing talent at a premium across the league.
Nonroster Invitee
Jayden Ballard (WR): Ballard has been invited by the Tennessee Titans and the Indianapolis Colts
