Top 5 New NFL Uniforms for the 2026 NFL Season

As the 2026 NFL Draft and training camp get ready to begin, the offseason has been full of change. In fact, five different teams upgraded their uniforms. These organizations are turning back the clock and moving to new heights.

Fanbases cried out for their favorite teams to elevate their standard of play. It all starts with their uniforms on the field. So who were the best of the five organizations that upgraded their wardrobe?

Grading the Best New Uniforms for 2026

Ravens’ Uniforms of Darkness

First, the Baltimore Ravens made their most significant change since 1999, giving the team a much-needed edge. They introduced the ‘darkness helmet’. These new football helmets feature black talon stripes with a front-facing logo. To add to their dark side, their eyes on the logo feature a scarlet red.

The colors also changed slightly. The new ‘midnight purple’ shifts color in the light. The collars are designed to look like raven wings. They also ditched the gold drop shadows on their numbers. Ultimately, this was done to have a modified and cleaner look.

Grade: A+

Titans Bring it Back to H-Town

Thanks to the fans, the Tennessee Titans brought back their Houston Oilers’ uniforms. Rocking their classic ‘Luv Ya Blue’ look, the home set features a baby blue colored jersey. Also, the helmets will feature guitar strings, thanks to the music history.

From the 1960s to the mid-1990s, the Houston Oilers were one of the top rising teams in the AFC. Paying homage to them, the franchise will use a white helmet with a white facemask. They will also be using their road uniforms with a clean white-white or white-on-blue look.

Finally, the Titans will retain the three stars on their helmet logo. This was done to keep the Tennessee flag as a permanent part of their uniforms.

Grade: B

New Groove in the ATL

The Atlanta Falcons shifted towards their ‘modern-classic’ look. They decided to move away from the large ‘ATL’ branding. This move was appreciated by the fans. The team will wear a modernized look of their jerseys from the 2000s and 2010s.

The organization returned to make red the main element for the uniforms. Next, they replaced the oversized text with a smaller ‘Falcons’ on the home jersey. The word ‘Atlanta’ will be featured on their road clothing.

In addition, the new plumage’s striping on the pants will include silver, red, and black. Additionally, they will still carry a bit of their ‘Dirty Bird’ look with their black helmets and grey masks. But journalists and fans alike think that these uniforms are better than their previous ones.

Hollywood Style in L.A.

The Los Angeles Rams focused on refinement after receiving feedback from their fans. The logo faced criticism with the loss of its white color. But the uniforms were impressive to many journalists.

The Rams officially retired the ‘bone’ uniform and removed all the gradients. Also, a new ‘modern’ horn sleeve was added to the primary jersey. Finally, the ‘LA’ monogram was simplified to a solid yellow color.

Grade: C

Washington Commands for New Jerseys

Finally, the Washington updated their uniforms to their retro Super Bowl-era. The home and away jerseys will show glimpses of how the former Redskins’ jerseys looked. They will keep their maroon and gold signature colors.

But the jerseys were treated for a traditional look. Also, the Washington Commanders will feature an all-black uniform that has been trending for the team.
