Week 15 of the NFL Season is in the books, which means the fantasy football semifinals have arrived. Here are the Week 16 wide receiver rankings for fantasy football. All 32 teams are in action as bye weeks are over. The receivers who are questionable with injuries are Drake London, Davante Adams, Tee Higgins, Marvin Harrison Jr., Rome Odunze, and Christian Watson.
Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Rankings Week 16
Tier 1: Superstar WR1s
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 1 | Puka Nacua | Seattle Seahawks |
| 2 | Jaxon Smith-Njigba | Los Angeles Rams |
| 3 | Amon-Ra St. Brown | Pittsburgh Steelers |
| 4 | Ja’Marr Chase | Miami Dolphins |
| 5 | CeeDee Lamb | Los Angeles Chargers |
| 6 | Nico Collins | Las Vegas Raiders |
| 7 | A.J. Brown | Washington Commanders |
| 8 | Drake London* | Arizona Cardinals |
| 9 | Davante Adams* | Seattle Seahawks |
| 10 | George Pickens | Los Angeles Chargers |
These are the top ten wide receivers in fantasy football this week:
- Nacua has been on fire the last two weeks, having two straight top-two finishes. He left the game for cramping, but came back in. Nacua had a season-high 181 receiving yards. He will battle it out with JSN in a matchup between the top two wide receivers in fantasy football on Thursday Night Football.
- Chase had another big game, catching ten of sixteen targets for 132 yards. The Bengals were shut out, but Chase was still able to put up 23.2 fantasy points. Chase is a top-five wide receiver in the Week 16 rankings for fantasy football.
- Collins only caught three passes, but two of them went for a touchdown. He finished with 23.5 fantasy points on the week, and it was his fourth top ten finish in the last six weeks. Expect another big game from him against the Raiders.

Tier 2: Proven Solid WR2s
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 11 | Rashee Rice | Tennessee Titans |
| 12 | Chris Olave | New York Jets |
| 13 | Jaylen Waddle | Cincinnati Bengals |
| 14 | Courtland Sutton | Jacksonville Jaguars |
| 15 | Mike Evans | Carolina Panthers |
| 16 | Jameson Williams | Pittsburgh Steelers |
| 17 | Wan’Dale Robinson | Minnesota Vikings |
| 18 | Michael Wilson | Atlanta Falcons |
| 19 | Zay Flowers | New England Patriots |
| 20 | Ladd McConkey | Dallas Cowboys |
The players in this tier are all must-starts this week:
- Rice and the entire Chiefs offense will take a massive hit with the season-ending injury to quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Gardner Minshew is an experienced backup, and they have a great matchup against the Titans. The Chiefs are eliminated from playoff contention, so expect them to be cautious with their star players. That being said, Rice is still a high-end WR2, but his fantasy ceiling has been lowered.
- Evans played in his first game since Week 3 and immediately returned to being the top target for quarterback Baker Mayfield. He had twelve targets and caught six of them for 132 yards. Evans is now a must-start WR2 for the rest of the season.
Tier 3: WR3s With Something to Prove
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 21 | Tee Higgins* | Miami Dolphins |
| 22 | DeVonta Smith | Washington Commanders |
| 23 | Tetairoa McMillan | Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
| 24 | Brian Thomas Jr. | Denver Broncos |
| 25 | Jakobi Meyers | Denver Broncos |
| 26 | Jauan Jennings | Indianapolis Colts |
| 27 | Marvin Harrison Jr.* | Atlanta Falcons |
| 28 | Khalil Shakir | Cleveland Browns |
| 29 | Terry McLaurin | Philadelphia Eagles |
| 30 | Chris Godwin | Carolina Panthers |
This tier of players includes wide receivers who are all borderline WR starts this week, depending on the size of your league:
- Thomas Jr. had his best performance since Week 6. He caught four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars dominant victory. Meyers caught five for 71 yards, so both receivers were productive. Both Jaguars wide receivers are WR3 plays in the Week 16 wide receiver rankings.
- Jennings had his best game since Week 2, scoring 18.7 fantasy points. He only caught three passes but had two touchdowns.
Tier 4: Potential Flex WRs
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 31 | DK Metcalf | Detroit Lions |
| 32 | Rome Odunze* | Green Bay Packers |
| 33 | Luther Burden | Green Bay Packers |
| 34 | DJ Moore | Green Bay Packers |
| 35 | Justin Jefferson | New York Giants |
| 36 | Christian Watson* | Chicago Bears |
| 37 | Michael Pittman Jr. | San Francisco 49ers |
| 38 | Chris Godwin | Carolina Panthers |
| 39 | Emeka Egbuka | Carolina Panthers |
| 40 | Jayden Higgins | Las Vegas Raiders |
These guys are FLEX options to fill out your starting lineup:
- Odunze was listed as active, but he was scratched minutes before kickoff. In his absence, both Burden and Moore produced. Burden had six receptions for 84 yards, while Moore had four catches for 69 yards and two touchdowns. If all are active in Week 16, they are just FLEX options.
- It looks like Watson avoided a major injury, but he will be questionable for the Week 16 matchup on Saturday Night.
