Week 6 of the NFL season is complete. It is time to look ahead to Week 7. Here are the Week 7 wide receiver rankings for fantasy football. The notable wide receivers on bye this week are Khalil Shakir and Zay Flowers. There are a lot of star wide receivers who are questionable for Week 7, including Puka, Emeka Egbuka, CeeDee Lamb, Mike Evans, Marvin Harrison Jr., Quentin Johnston, Terry McLaurin, Ricky Pearsall, and Jauan Jennings. Garrett Wilson has been ruled out.
Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Rankings Week 7
Tier 1: Superstar WR1s
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 1 | Puka Nacua* | Jacksonville Jaguars |
| 2 | Amon-Ra St. Brown | Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
| 3 | Jaxon Smith-Njigba | Houston Texans |
| 4 | Justin Jefferson | Philadelphia Eagles |
| 5 | Emeka Egbuka* | Detroit Lions |
| 6 | Nico Collins | Seattle Seahawks |
| 7 | Ja’Marr Chase | Pittsburgh Steelers |
| 8 | Rome Odunze | New Orleans Saints |
| 9 | CeeDee Lamb* | Washington Commanders |
| 10 | Davante Adams | Jacksonville Jaguars |
There are a ton of injuries in the top tier of wide receivers to look into this week:
- Smith-Njigba is now the overall WR2 on the season after a 30-point performance in Week 6. It was his second straight top-three weekly finish. He has a tough matchup against the Texans in Week 7, but ranks as the #2 fantasy football wide receiver for this week.
- Egbuka only had two catches for 24 yards before leaving with a hamstring injury. The Buccaneers’ wide receivers are depleted with injuries, with them now being down their top four guys. Fantasy managers will have to hope and pray that he does not miss much time.
- The Joe Flacco to Chase connection was cooking on Sunday. Chase caught ten of twelve targets for 94 yards and an incredible touchdown.

Tier 2: Proven Solid WR2s
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 11 | Drake London | San Francisco 49ers |
| 12 | George Pickens | Washington Commanders |
| 13 | Deebo Samuel | Dallas Cowboys |
| 14 | Marvin Harrison Jr.* | Green Bay Packers |
| 15 | Brian Thomas Jr. | Los Angeles Rams |
| 16 | Courtland Sutton | New York Giants |
| 17 | Chris Olave | Chicago Bears |
| 18 | Jaylen Waddle | Cleveland Browns |
| 19 | Rashee Rice | Las Vegas Raiders |
| 20 | Ladd McConkey | Indianapolis Colts |
The players in this tier are all must-starts this week and will provide plenty of fantasy value throughout the season:
- Pickens has been dominating in the absence of Lamb. He had his second 30-point performance in the last three weeks. If Lamb misses again, Pickens will rank as a top ten wide receiver. Even if Lamb plays, Pickens is a must-start WR2 in a very fantasy-friendly Cowboys team.
- Thomas Jr. had his best day of the year, scoring 23 fantasy points and finishing as a top ten fantasy receiver. This was the first time he finished in the top 25 of wide receivers. Hopefully, he and quarterback Trevor Lawrence can continue their strong connection.
- Rice finally returns from his six-game suspension for the Chiefs game against the Raiders. It is uncertain if he will be on a snap count or not, but fantasy managers should start him this week.
Tier 3: WR3s With Something to Prove
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 21 | Quentin Johnston* | Indianapolis Colts |
| 22 | Keenan Allen | Indianapolis Colts |
| 23 | Tetairoa McMillan | New York Jets |
| 24 | Mike Evans* | Detroit Lions |
| 25 | Michael Pittman Jr. | Los Angeles Chargers |
| 26 | Terry McLaurin* | Dallas Cowboys |
| 27 | DK Metcalf | Cincinnati Bengals |
| 28 | A.J. Brown | Minnesota Vikings |
| 29 | Stefon Diggs | Tennessee Titans |
| 30 | Jordan Addison | Philadelphia Eagles |
This tier of players includes wide receivers who are all borderline WR starts this week, depending on the size of your league:
- McMillan had his best day of his rookie season, finishing as a top 15 wide receiver. However, he caught only three of five targets, but two of those receptions went for touchdowns. He has a tough matchup against Sauce Gardner and the Jets, so temper expectations.
- Metcalf has quietly been very productive for Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers, scoring a touchdown in four straight weeks. Rodgers is looking for Metcalf in the red zone, leading to lots of fantasy production.
Tier 4: Potential Flex WRs
| Rank | Player | Opponent |
| 31 | Ricky Pearsall* | Atlanta Falcons |
| 32 | Kendrick Bourne | Atlanta Falcons |
| 33 | Romeo Doubs | Arizona Cardinals |
| 34 | Wan’Dale Robinson | Denver Broncos |
| 35 | Jameson Williams | Tampa Bay Buccaneers |
| 36 | Xavier Worthy | Las Vegas Raiders |
| 37 | Troy Franklin | New York Giants |
| 38 | Rashid Shaheed | Chicago Bears |
| 39 | Jauan Jennings* | Atlanta Falcons |
| 40 | Matthew Golden | Arizona Cardinals |
These guys are FLEX options to fill out your starting lineup:
- Bourne had his second straight week with exactly 142 receiving yards, leading the 49ers wide receivers with all their injuries. Pearsall and Kittle were out, while Jennings was playing with five broken ribs. Those guys could return this week, which would downgrade Bourne. However, if they are out again, fire Bourne up as a FLEX play once again.
- Williams might be the biggest boom-or-bust guy in the league. He has two games with 18 fantasy points, but four games with under seven points. He takes on the Bucs in what should be a shootout on Monday Night Football, so Williams has a better chance of booming than busting this week.
