The fantasy football season is approaching the playoffs, and it’s time to set your lineups for Week 13. No teams are on a bye this week. Josh Downs is doubtful with an injury, while DeVonta Smith and Cedric Tillman are questionable. Below are the wide receiver rankings, tiers, and analysis for Week 13.
Wide Receivers Rankings for Week 13 Fantasy Football
Tier 1: Alpha Wide Receivers
1. Ja’Marr Chase
2. Amon-Ra St. Brown
3. Justin Jefferson
4. Nico Collins
5. Puka Nacua
6. Cooper Kupp
7. A.J. Brown
Collins returned to his full complement of snaps in Week 12, catching five of nine targets for 92 yards and one touchdown. His day could have been much better, but his second touchdown was called back due to a penalty. Collins has a great matchup against the Jaguars, who have given up the third-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers on the season. Collins is a top-five fantasy wide receiver in the rankings for Week 13 and the rest of the season.
Brown had a big performance in Week 12, scoring 22.9 fantasy points on six catches for 109 yards and one touchdown. Without DeVonta Smith, Brown was Jalen Hurts’ top target all night. He has a great matchup against the Ravens, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. Expect a big game for Brown in Week 13.
Tier 2: Low-End WR1s to High-End WR2s
8. CeeDee Lamb
9. Drake London
10. Garrett Wilson
11. Ladd McConkey
12. Tyreek Hill
13. DK Metcalf
14. Mike Evans
Quarterback Cooper Rush has been pampering Lamb with targets. He has 12 targets in each of the last two games. He had 10 catches for 67 yards in the Week 12 victory. Even with the lack of yards and touchdown opportunities, his target share is keeping him as a top fantasy wide receiver. Lamb is in tier two of the wide receiver rankings for the Week 13 Thanksgiving matchup against the Giants.
Evans returned from injury in Week 12 with a solid performance. He had five catches for 68 yards on six targets. The Buccaneers did not have to pass much as they led the entire game. Evans should have a bigger game against the Panthers this week.
Tier 3: Solid WR2s
15. Courtland Sutton
16. George Pickens
17. Marvin Harrison Jr
18. Terry McLaurin
19. Zay Flowers
20. Tee Higgins
21. Jaxon Smith-Njigba
22. Brian Thomas Jr
23. Malik Nabers
24. Calvin Ridley
Sutton is on a hot streak, finishing as a top-six fantasy wide receiver in three of the last four weeks. He had a big game last week, catching eight passes for 97 yards and two touchdowns. Sutton was the WR2 on the week and is quarterback Bo Nix’s favorite target, earning at least eight targets in five straight games. Sutton continues to move up on the wide receiver rankings.
Courtland Sutton the last 5 Weeks:
💥 Week 8: 17.1 PPR Points
💥 Week 9: 23.2 PPR Points
💥 Week 10: 19.0 PPR Points
💥 Week 11: 14.8 PPR Points
💥 Week 12: 29.7 PPR Points (Career High) pic.twitter.com/2zlqbAlkyI— PFF Fantasy & Betting (@PFF_Fantasy) November 25, 2024
Smith-Njigba continued his great stretch, finishing as a top-15 wide receiver for the third straight week. He had six catches for 77 yards and one touchdown in the Week 12 victory. Smith-Njigba has a yard per catch of at least 11 in four straight weeks, but is doing it with a low average depth of target. He is dominating in yards after the catch. JSN has a tougher matchup this week against the Jets, but he is a solid WR2 for now.
Tier 4: WR3s
25. Khalil Shakir
26. D.J. Moore
27. Darnell Mooney
28. DeVonta Smith*
29. Davante Adams
30. Jerry Jeudy
31. Jakobi Meyers
32. Jayden Reed
Moore finally had a good game, finishing as a top-25 fantasy wide receiver for the first time since Week 5. He caught all seven of his targets for 106 yards and a touchdown. This was also his first touchdown catch since Week 5. Hopefully, this game gets Caleb Williams, Moore and the entire Bears offense going. They should be able to succeed against the Lions secondary, who are in the top five for most fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers.
Meyers had 15 targets for the Raiders in their loss. He caught 10 of them for 121 yards. He finished as a top-ten fantasy wide receiver for the second time this season. The Raiders offense is a two-man team with Meyers and tight end Brock Bowers. Unfortunately, Gardner Minshew is out for the season with a broken collarbone. The offense will take a hit with either Aidan O’Connell or Desmond Ridder at quarterback. However, Meyers’ target share keeps him as a viable WR3.
*Smith missed the Week 12 game with a hamstring injury and is questionable for Week 13.
Tier 5: FLEX Plays
33. Deebo Samuel
34. Jauan Jennings
35. Jameson Williams
36. Xavier Legette
37. Cedric Tillman*
38. Amari Cooper
39. DeAndre Hopkins
40. Xavier Worthy
Samuel continued his struggles by only catching one pass from Brandon Allen on four targets. The entire 49ers offense took a hit without Purdy. Purdy is questionable for the Week 13 game against the Bills. Without Purdy, Samuel is only a FLEX option at best for the tough matchup in Buffalo.
*Tillman left the Week 12 game with a concussion and is questionable for this week as he tries to clear concussion protocol.
