As a new week begins, it’s the perfect time to capitalize on favorable situations and make a smart trade. Here is the Buy Sell Report for Week 6 of the Fantasy Football Season.

Fantasy Football Week 6 Buy/Sell

Buy Breece Hall

Breece Hall has struggled in his last two games, posting 3.8 and 6.7 fantasy points, respectively. He has 19 carries for just 27 yards in the last two weeks against the Broncos and Vikings, which are two strong defenses. Despite these performances, Hall continues to get more carries than Braelon Allen. Hall has a much better matchup upcoming in Week 6 against the Bills, who have given up the most fantasy points to running backs this season, including giving up the most receiving fantasy points to them. Hall is a great pass-catching RB who will get back on track in Week 6. Cam Akers scored 12.7 points, and Dare Ogunbowale scored 14.7 points against the Bills in Week 5. With all due respect to those two players, Hall is much better than those two. Now is the time to buy low on Hall after two bad weeks.

Buy Rome Odunze

Odunze has struggled to start the season, scoring single-digit fantasy points in four out of five games. In Week 5, he posted his second-best performance with nine fantasy points on six targets, showing signs of improvement. The connection between Odunze and rookie quarterback Caleb Williams is starting to develop, and the Bears‘ offense looked its best so far. Looking ahead, Odunze has a very favorable schedule. In Week 6, the Bears travel to London to face the Jaguars, who have given up the most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Additionally, the Bears still have two matchups each against the Lions and Vikings, both of whom rank second and third in most points given up to wide receivers. With this schedule, Odunze is primed to bounce back, making this the perfect time to buy low on him before he breaks out.

Sell Kirk Cousins

Cousins had a standout performance in Week 5, scoring over 30 fantasy points for the first time since 2022. He ended the week as the top quarterback scorer with 34.36 fantasy points. Cousins threw a whopping 58 times, completing 42 passes for 509 passing yards and four touchdowns. Cousins only had 41 total fantasy points in his first four games of the season. Despite the big game, the Falcons are unlikely to want Cousins throwing the ball that much moving forward to keep him healthy. This is likely to be his best performance of the season, so now is the perfect time to sell high on him before his production drops back to normal levels.

Sell Travis Etienne

Etienne continues to lose work to Tank Bigsby in the Jaguars backfield. In Week 5, Etienne managed only six carries for 17 yards, while Bigsby took control with 13 carries for 101 yards and two touchdowns. Etienne salvaged his fantasy day with six receptions for 43 yards, finishing with 12 fantasy points. Etienne has finished between 11 and 15 points in four games this year. However, Bigsby looks like the more efficient back. With Bigsby’s increasing role, it is time to sell Etienne before he loses even more opportunities in the Jaguars offense.
