Prior to officially hitting waivers, Denver Broncos wide receiver DaeSean Hamilton suffered a torn ACL while working out away from the team. Hamilton currently remains a member of the Broncos, although that could change at any given second.

DaeSean Hamilton Tears ACL, Denver Broncos Investigating
During the 202o season in 16 games played, Hamilton completed 23 receptions of 293 yards with two touchdowns. During 2019 in 16 games played, Hamilton had 28 receptions of 297 yards with one touchdown. In 2018, Hamilton completed 30 receptions of 243 yards with two touchdowns in 14 games played. He also completed three punt returns of 31 yards.
Hamilton attended Pennsylvania State University and played for the Nittany Lions. In 2017, he had 53 receptions of 857 yards with nine touchdowns in 13 games played. He also had one rushing attempt of two yards. During his Junior Season in 12 games played, Hamilton completed 34 receptions of 506 yards with one touchdown. He had one rushing attempt of negative 12 yards. In his Sophomore season, Hamilton completed 45 receptions of 580 yards with six touchdowns in 13 games played. During his Freshman year in 13 games played, Hamilton completed 82 receptions of 899 yards with two touchdowns. He also had eight rushing attempts of 32 yards.
In his entire college career, Hamilton was a four-time academic All-Big Ten honoree. He became his school’s all-time leader in receptions with 214 and was ranked third all-time in receiving yards with 2,842 yards. In his senior season, the Associated Press gave Hamilton All-Bowl Team and Second-Team All-Big Ten honors. He also received Second-Team All-Big Ten honors from coaches and Third-Team All-Big Ten Honors from the media. Hamilton received the Captain’s Award, the Iron Lion Award, and the Lion’s Pride Outstanding Senior Award. He was named Co-Big Ten Player of the Week on October second and received a selection to the East-West Shrine Game and the Reese’s Senior Bowl. Hamilton was named his team’s captain at the start of the season and he eventually graduated from Penn State with a degree in advertising and public relations.
