The NFC West saw the two best wide receivers in the NFL last season, while having three teams make the playoffs (Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers), with the Seahawks winning the Super Bowl. There is a lot of talent among the wide receiver position in the division, from young players to veterans. Here are the five best NFC West wide receivers for 2026.
Ranking Best NFC West Wide Receivers for 2026
5. Marvin Harrison Jr
Marvin Harrison Jr. had a disappointing sophomore year in 2025, catching just 41 receptions for 608 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games. He was struggling for Arizona, while Michael Wilson and tight end Trey McBride were thriving, both topping 1000 receiving yards. After being the fourth overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Harrison has failed to top 1000 receiving yards in both seasons.
The Cardinals have some quarterback questions with Jacoby Brissett holding out. If he does not play, then either the veteran Gardner Minshew or the rookie Carson Beck will be the starter. Both are a downgrade for Harrison and the entire Arizona offense. Additionally, the Cardinals drafted running back Jeremiyah Love, who could win Rookie of the Year, with the third overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, which will make him the focal point for this offense.
Even though Harrison has yet to prove it in the NFL, he still has the talent there after he showed it at Ohio State. That potential puts him at number five among the best NFC West wide receivers.
4. Mike Evans
The 12-year veteran, Mike Evans, saw his 11-year streak of 1000 receiving yards to begin his career snapped in 2025 as he battled injuries and was only able to play eight games. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers did not re-sign him, so Evans went to the 49ers instead, who needed help at the wide receiver position after losing Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings in the last two seasons.
Evans will be 33 years old entering the 2026 season, but if he can stay healthy, he can provide quarterback Brock Purdy another veteran presence in the offense in addition to tight end George Kittle (when he gets back from his injury) and running back Christian McCaffrey. Head coach Kyle Shanahan is one of the best in the game, and he will make sure Evans plays a crucial part in the offense.
Evans still has more left in the tank and looks to revitalize his career in San Francisco, which is why he is on the list for best NFC West wide receivers.
3. Davante Adams
The third-best NFC West wide receiver is another veteran receiver, Davante Adams. Adams will be 34 years old in 2026, in the final year of his deal in Los Angeles. The Rams are going all in to try to win the Super Bowl this year, and Adams will play a big part in that.
Last season, Adams led the league with 14 receiving touchdowns. When the Rams got inside the five-yard line, MVP-winning quarterback Matthew Stafford was looking for Adams. Although 14 touchdowns is unsustainable, Adams is one of the best physical receivers in the league, as this was his third time leading the league in touchdowns. Even for his age, he is still in the top three among NFC West wide receivers.
2. Jaxon Smith-Njigba
The top two NFC West wide receivers were both remarkable last season, but it is Jaxon Smith-Njigba who just misses out on the top spot and comes in at second place in the rankings. JSN had a breakout season, catching 119 receptions for 1,793 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns on his way to leading the Seahawks to a Super Bowl Championship.
His yards per reception increased from 11.3 to 15.1, and JSN led the league with a 35.9% target share, which is an incredible number. He was second in air yards and air yards share at 48.8%.
JSN would be the top-ranked wide receiver in a couple of other divisions, but he ranks second among NFC West wide receivers.

Some highlights:
– 77.8% success rate vs. man coverage (94th percentile)
– 82.5% success rate vs. zone
– 80% success rate vs. pressRP helps show that JSN was pretty convincingly among the best, if not the premier, route… pic.twitter.com/8Vo7xYQN7v

1. Puka Nacua
For as good as JSN’s 2025 season was, Puka Nacua’s was even better (minus the Super Bowl Champion part). Nacua had 129 receptions for 1,715 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. He led the NFL with 80 receiving first downs. Almost two-thirds of his receptions went for a first down.
Nacua led the NFL in yards after the catch and in yards per route run. Injuries are the only thing that has slowed Nacua down during his career, missing six games in 2024, costing him a 1,000-yard season, having just 990 instead. In just a three-year career, he has a 95.3 receiving yards per game average, which would be the highest all-time.
Although that number will probably not stay that high throughout his career, he is well on his way to a Hall of Fame career. Not only is Nacua the best NFC West wide receiver, but there is an argument to be made that he is the best wide receiver in the entire NFL.
