Post-Free Agency 2026 NFL Mock Draft: Picks 21-32

The NFL offseason allows teams to improve their roster. Free agency has shifted the league’s landscape, with various prominent players on the move. While general managers have addressed some needs, every team still can use help somewhere along the roster. Even the teams that were towards the top of the NFL in 2025 have work to do. The back end of the 2026 NFL Draft features both contenders and rebuilding squads that acquired extra draft capital. What will the teams picking 21-32 decide to do in this post-free agency 2026 NFL mock draft?

Disclaimer: This 2026 NFL mock draft follows up on the post-free agency mock draft picks 1-10 and 11-20. Players selected with those picks are not available.

2026 NFL Mock Draft: Post-Free Agency Picks 21-32

21. Pittsburgh Steelers– CJ Allen, LB, Georgia

The quarterback position is still uncertain for Pittsburgh, but with no great options available, it focuses on improving the middle of its defense. CJ Allen plays with excellent range and is a reliable tackler. He excels as a run defender and provides the Steelers with much-needed help on the second level of their defense.

22. Los Angeles Chargers– Emmanuel Pregnon, G, Oregon

The Chargers’ offensive line was a mess in 2025. While they’ll get Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt back at tackle, they still need to improve the interior offensive line. Emmanuel Pregnon possesses a rare combination of frame and athleticism and excels in both pass protection and run blocking.

23. Philadelphia Eagles- Keldric Faulk, DE, Auburn

Philadelphia’s defense lost several pieces up front. Howie Roseman takes this opportunity to replenish his defensive line with Keldric Faulk. Faulk has an overpowering frame and is an elite run defender, posting an 85.5 grade in that department in 2025. He can be a day-one difference maker defending the run, while having upside down the line as a pass rusher.

24. Cleveland Browns (via Jaguars)- Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama

The Browns already addressed wide receiver by taking Makai Lemon sixth overall in this mock. Cleveland uses its second pick to get a franchise left tackle, Kadyn Proctor. Proctor has the frame to be a dominant tackle at the next level. He is strong in both pass protection and run blocking.

25. Chicago Bears- Peter Woods, DT, Clemson

Chicago won a playoff game for the first time in 15 years in spite of having the 26th-ranked run defense. The Bears add Peter Woods, who is an exceptional run defender who can play at various spots along the defensive line. He is a capable pass rusher who can also get interior pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

26. Buffalo Bills- KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M

The two biggest needs for Buffalo entering this offseason were wide receiver and pass rusher. The Bills added DJ Moore and Bradley Chubb to bolster those positions, respectively. While getting Moore at receiver helps, the Bills can still use another pass catcher. KC Concepcion is a smooth route runner who is incredible after the catch. He should fit in Buffalo’s offense nicely as a Z-receiver.

27. San Francisco 49ers– Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee

The 49ers need help in their secondary, and get it by selecting Colton Hood. Hood has the combination of agility and physicality to thrive as a boundary corner in the NFL. He can perform well in both man and zone coverage and is a key addition for a team in the same division as Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Puka Nacua.

28. Houston Texans- Monroe Freeling, OT, Georgia

A lackluster offense limited Houston despite an elite defense in 2025. A significant reason for the Texans’ offensive struggles was the offensive line. They take Monroe Freeling at left tackle, who’s an incredible athlete for the position with good processing skills.

29. Kansas City Chiefs (via Rams)- Chris Johnson, CB, San Diego State

The Chiefs acquired this pick via the Trent McDuffie trade. With Kansas City already addressing pass rusher with David Bailey at the ninth-overall pick, it fills its newest need at cornerback. Chris Johnson is an all-around playmaker with good ball skills, fluid athleticism, and consistent tackling ability.

30. Miami Dolphins (via Broncos)- Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

Miami just got this pick as part of the Jaylen Waddle trade. Between losing Waddle and Tyreek Hill, the Dolphins desperately need a wide receiver. They grab Denzel Boston, who has the frame needed to be an X-receiver at the next level.  Boston is a dangerous red-zone threat, having 20 touchdown receptions over the past two seasons. He gives Miami much-needed size at the wide receiver position.

31. New England Patriots– Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana

Fresh off a surprise Super Bowl appearance, the Patriots released Stefon Diggs. This creates a void at wide receiver for New England, which it fills with Omar Cooper Jr. Cooper has reliable hands while being a crafty route runner who can win with physicality after the catch. He should translate well as a slot receiver in the NFL.

32. Seattle Seahawks– Jadarian Price, RB, Notre Dame

Seattle lost Super Bowl LX MVP Kenneth Walker in free agency, creating a need at running back. The Seahawks replace Walker with Jadarian Price, who’s flown under the radar, sharing the same backfield as Jeremiyah Love. Price possesses legit breakaway speed and impressive vision and contact balance.
