Fantasy Football Rankings: Top Quarterbacks for Week 14

9) Trevor Lawrence vs. Indianapolis

This one will take some guts, but hear me out. TLaw has quietly been a solid fantasy contributor this year, ranking as the overall QB14 for the season. Additionally, he’s coming off of back-to-back 20+ fantasy point games, and this week he faces a Colts team that will likely be without Sauce Gardner. The Colts secondary has been very vulnerable this year, and I expect the Colts to be able to score on the Jaguars enough to keep Lawrence throwing for most of the game. He has also added a new dimension to his game this year—his 5 rushing scores have already tied a career high.

10) Lamar Jackson vs Pittsburgh

The way he’s played, he really shouldn’t be on this list at all. Lamar owners are likely upset right now after he just gave them his third straight sub-10-point game last weekend. This is it; there’s nowhere left to backslide. He has to step up this week, or his fantasy season is likely over. There are no options out there that I prefer over Jackson against this struggling Pittsburgh secondary. The Ravens need this game, and the only way they’ll win is if Lamar can throw the ball effectively. I was thinking about Bo Nix or Caleb Williams for this spot, but both young quarterbacks face tougher matchups and have been inconsistent. Besides Lamar, the other options include Daniel Jones on a fractured fibula against the Jags, Baker Mayfield with a shoulder injury against a weak Saints team, or Justin Herbert possibly playing with a broken hand on Monday Night. If you can’t stomach playing Jackson, I don’t blame you, but none of the other options are particularly appealing either. I’d love to tell you to play Tyler Shough over Lamar Jackson, but I just can’t.
