Tyreek Hill Stats

Halfway through the fantasy regular season and perhaps managers are happy with their wide receivers. For the many that aren’t, don’t feel too bad. There’s still time thanks to this week’s wide receiver rankings list to get it together.

The bye weeks have no sign of slowing down, but this week’s rankings can be the difference of being statistically eliminated or making one final playoff push. Here is a look at the week 8 fantasy football wide receiver rankings.

Fantasy Football Week 8 Wide Receiver Rankings: Rookies On The Rise

Tier 1: Start Your Studs

1. Tyreek Hill
2. Ja’Marr Chase
3. A.J. Brown
4. Cooper Kupp
5. Stefon Diggs
6. Amon-Ra St. Brown
7. Keenan Allen
8. Davante Adams

Who is the No. 1 player in fantasy? Tyreek Hill. Who is No. 1 on this week’s wide receiver rankings list? Tyreek Hill. Once again, it will be tough to find someone ranked higher, especially with Justin Jefferson not in the picture. The slow start to the season is a thing of the past for A.J. Brown. Over the last five games, Brown has recorded at least six catches or 127 yards. Chances are he won’t be slowing down this week.

Keenan Allen came back down to earth, but the Los Angeles Chargers offense as a whole seemed to struggle against the Kansas City Chiefs defense. The Chargers have a much friendlier matchup against the Chicago Bears this week giving strong indication for a bounce-back performance.

Tier 2: Solid WR1/Strong Wr2

9. Puka Nacua
10. Adam Thielen
11. D.J. Moore
12. CeeDee Lamb
13. Brandon Aiyuk
14. Mike Evans
15. Jaylen Waddle

While it’s unlikely Cooper Kupp will have another quiet week, Puka Nacua has still proven he’s a worthy fantasy wide receiver start. Look for another gunslinging performance as the Los Angeles Rams still try to recover their run game. On the other side, CeeDee Lamb comes fresh off a bye after a 117-yard performance. Lamb will look to keep his momentum going on some fresh legs.

It doesn’t matter who’s throwing him the ball. Mike Evans is on track for another 1,000-yard receiving season. Evans will look to be Baker Mayfield‘s top option in a tough matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

Tier 3: WR2

16. Jakobi Meyers
17. Zay Flowers
18. Jordan Addison
19. Chris Olave
20. Terry Mclaurin
21. Garrett Wilson
22. Chris Godwin*
23. Michael Pittman Jr.
24. Marquise Brown
25. Nico Collins

Zay Flowers is having a historic season for the Baltimore Ravens. Flowers is also the second player in NFL history to have 50+ receiving yards in his first seven career games (Ja’Marr Chase). The rolling Ravens will look to keep Flowers involved in the passing game. Jordan Addison has not gotten the same production as Jefferson, but he’s become one of the best receiving options for the Minnesota Vikings. Only Hill sits ahead of Addison for the league lead in touchdown receptions.

Nothing seems to be working for Derek Carr and the New Orleans Saints offense. Yet, the right players are still there and Chris Olave is no exception. Can this be the week the Saints find their footing once again?

Tier 4: Wr3/Flex Considerations

26. George Pickens
27. Christian Kirk
28. DK Metcalf*
29. Tee Higgins
30. DeVonta Smith
31. DeAndre Hopkins
32. Diontae Johnson
33. Joshua Palmer
34. Courtland Sutton
35. Drake London
36. Calvin Ridley

It hasn’t been pretty on offense for the Pittsburgh Steelers, but George Pickens is coming off back-to-back games of over 100 receiving yards. It would be wise to assume his hot streak won’t slow down now.

While one Philadelphia Eagles has been going off, DeVonta Smith has suffered the other end. With the high-powered offense of the Eagles, Smith has the potential to have another good outing.

The expectations of Calvin Ridley have quickly shattered in the Jacksonville Jaguars offense. Nonetheless, if there is a spot available in the flex Ridley needs to be considered in lineups.
