Wan’Dale Robinson 2022 NFL Draft Profile

Robinson enters the 2022 NFL draft as one of the quickest and most elusive wide receivers in the entire draft class. After transferring from Nebraska to Kentucky, Robinson had a standout junior season for the Wildcats in which his full repertoire of skills was on display in amassing over 1100 receiving yards. In the NFL today, the name of the game is speed and Robinson has it by the boatload. This pure speed is coupled with plus agility and the ability to make defenders miss in space which only stands to increase his draft stock. Robinson will be best suited to begin his career in the slot and the team that drafts him will be thrilled to have him help also clear out space for their X receiver.

Bottom Line on Wan’Dale Robinson

Robinson is an intriguing wide receiver prospect that offers many skills for a player his size. The pro-style offense of Liam Coen at Kentucky unlocked untapped potential that wasn’t evident in his time at Nebraska. In light of this, his best fit might be going to a team where he can slowly be integrated into an offense over time. The one area where the tape shines brightest for Robinson is big play ability. This is one of the most important facets of any NFL player in 2022. Every team wants impact players that change the balance of a game at a moment’s notice. This is the essence of what will potentially drive Robinson up, draft boards. With the proper coaching and strength regimen, Robinson still has the opportunity to rapidly contribute with the right system. If this is the case, Robinson will reward his team with quality play for years to come.
