After 15 weeks of action, the fantasy football championship is finally here for the vast majority of leagues. Whether you’re looking to take home a title or just avoid coming in last, now is the time to search the waiver wire for all the best available quarterbacks. Heading into Week 16, you should set your eyes on Ryan Fitzpatrick, Andy Dalton, Eli Manning/Daniel Jones, and Drew Lock.
Note that in order to make this list, the player had to be available in over 50% of fantasy leagues. If you’re in smaller leagues, there may be better players available. Make sure to check your waivers to see if there are any diamonds in the rough before submitting your claims.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Andy Dalton Highlight Fantasy Football Week 16 Quarterback Waiver Wire Streams
Ryan Fitzpatrick
Everyone’s favorite journeyman quarterback could be your fantasy savior. Even though the Dolphins lost in Week 15, Ryan Fitzpatrick managed to have a good game with his 279 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions to go along with 33 rushing yards. This was no outlier performance, as Fitzpatrick has remained surprisingly effective over the past few weeks. Lamar Jackson he’s not, but Fitzpatrick still has what it takes to put up numbers in a favorable matchup. Week 16 presents that favorable matchup, as Fitzpatrick and the Dolphins take on the Cincinnati Bengals and their atrocious passing attack. Fitzpatrick loves to throw the ball deep, and it’s hard to imagine any of Cincinnati’s defensive backs stopping DeVante Parker on jump balls.
Andy Dalton
Andy Dalton was atrocious against New England in Week 15, but he should have more success against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins have one of the worst defenses in the league and just allowed the corpse of Eli Manning to drop 36 points on them. As bad as Cincinnati’s offense is, there are a few working parts here. Tyler Boyd is a solid slot receiver and John Ross is slowly getting back into the swing of things. Dalton won’t finish as Week 16’s top quarterback by any means, but he should be a solid stream with high-end QB2 upside.
Eli Manning or Daniel Jones
As of this posting, nobody knows whether Eli Manning or Daniel Jones will start for the Giants in Week 16. However, the talent disparity between the two players is negligible, and both have what it takes to take advantage of a favorable matchup. Jones flashed moments of brilliance throughout the year while Manning has played surprisingly well since coming off the bench. No matter who suits up, they should be able to put up numbers against a bad Washington Redskins defense.
Drew Lock
The Drew Lock hype train slowed down after a humbling loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, but it should get right back on the rails against the Detroit Lions. Detroit might have the worst secondary in the league and is capable of making just about any quarterback look like a superstar. Lock has plenty of potential and two great weapons in Courtland Sutton and Noah Fant. It’s hard to imagine any way for the Lions to cover either player, and Lock has the ability to hit open targets.
