Welcome back to the MnM Hockey Podcast. Today, Alex and Chace take a look at everything that occurred over the past week in the NHL. Including a somewhat surprising sweep in the Western Conference Finals. The guys start by breaking down what happened to lead to this outcome. As well as examining the hit on Nazem Kadri and what they thought of it. They also break down where the Edmonton Oilers go from here now that they are out. What does the offseason have in store? Where do they need to improve?
From there, they switch to some NHL Rumours surrounding the Boston Bruins and David Pastrnak. Alex and Chace agree too much is being made about it, but what is the future for Boston? After firing their coach this week, is there a new path they will head down? Finally, Alex and Chace look at a pair of contracts signed by teams eliminated from the playoffs to two RFA’s and share their thoughts and opinions on each deal.
Who are Alex and Chace? Alex and Chace are both from the Waterloo region in Ontario, Canada. Both of them grew up playing hockey and shortly after fell in love with analyzing it.
