The guys are back with another week of content from around the NHL. Today, they start by taking a look at the Chicago Blackhawks and Brent Seabrook announcing he is officially done playing hockey. Alex makes the argument as to why this is legit, and not just an LTIR ploy. From there, they switch to the Tom Wilson suspension and discuss why the guys were both pleasantly surprised but also wanted more. The term was more than expected. However, they ask how many times does this need to happen? Additionally, they ask the question about if the NHL should switch to IIHF rules?

After, they examine the Calgary Flames firing their head coach and hiring Darryl Sutter back into the mix. Explaining why it was the right decision for the firing, but did they hire the right guy? Finally, Alex and Chace list off their top regression candidates. Three teams most likely to improve and three that they think will fall as the season goes on.
