Every week Alex Metzger and Chace McCallum will share their thoughts on the news of the week, have a variety of guests from the world of hockey as well as spending some time on original segments. NHL Rumours
The guys are back with a week full of NHL rumours, trades, and news to talk about. They start with a bunch of Minnesota Wild news to kick off the podcast. Starting with the Eric Staal for Marcus Johansson trade that broke as they were starting the podcast. They also look at the Jonas Brodin signing and the Nick Bjugstad acquisition. Alex has some concerns about Minnesota and Chace shares them as well.
Next, they get more breaking news on the podcast as Joel Edmundson signs a deal with the Montreal Canadiens. This is one that the guys try to look at from every angle while also discussing some NHL Rumours surrounding Montreal. Yet again, the guys aren’t too sure what the benefit of this was.
They then switch their attention to the conference finals and talk about what they have seen so far. Asking questions like is low scoring hockey boring?
