World Junior 2020 Recap, All Star Rosters Announced

With some time off over the holidays, it can be difficult to get back into the rhythm of things in 2020. For some, that means forgetting your pants on your way to work.

Canada is World Junior Championship Gold Medalists! Outside of that, who were the standouts of the tournament? Was it the officials?

Speaking of officiating, John Tortorella has some big issues with how the NHL timekeepers functioned as his Columbus Blue Jackets lost out a win and got Joonas Korpisalo injured thanks to them. Was his anger justified?

The 2020 All Star Game selections are announced and are highlighted more by those who aren’t there than who are. Will Dylan Larkin get his wish to stay home? The Anaheim Ducks are welcomed into the Elimination Station.

The Dallas Stars welcomed the Nashville Predators into the Winter Classic. Corey Perry‘s welcoming party earned him a 5 game suspension. Was that enough? Is the Winter Classic still worth putting on?

The Pavel Bure Must Watch Games of the Week are selected too!

All this and more on episode 264 of the 4th Line Hockey Podcast!
