The 4th Line Hockey Podcast #156 – Matt Duchene Traded

MATT DUCHENE TRADED!

That is a mere understatement for how Carl felt Sunday afternoon as Matt Duchene walked off the ice as the Colorado Avalanche traded Duchene to the Ottawa Senators, who traded Kyle Turris to the Nashville Predators. Who won the trade? Is Carl finally content or did Joe Sakic make a flop of a trade as the general manager? What does this trade mean for the Avalanche into the future?

Joel is concerned with the play of his Toronto Maple Leafs. What is Mike Babcock doing with the lines. Joel wants Mitch Marner moved to a different line, but what else will make him happy? (Hint: Free Josh Leivo)

The Edmonton Oilers continue to struggle. Is there any hope insight?

There was a huge trade in The 4th Line Fantasy Hockey League, as Joel and Tiny Mike shake things up sending Alex Ovechkin away and receive Carey Price in a blockbuster 10 player deal. Who won?

The guys crown a Hi Sticking champion and pick a new set of Pavel Bure Must Watch Games of the Week.

Who are Carl and Joel? Carl comes from Calgary, AB. His facial hair of choice is a mustache.
