Derek Grant scored 19 points in 23 games with the Rochester Americans last year. In the NHL, he played six games scoring one assist with the Nashville Predators and 40 games scoring three assists with the Buffalo Sabres.
Buffalo

Kevin Porter scored 69 games for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in 2016-17, scoring 46 points. Kyle Criscuolo scored 41 points in 71 games with the Grand Rapids Griffins this past season.

Adam Wilcox finished the 2016-17 year with the Springfield Thunderbirds after being traded in exchange for Mike McKenna. He posted a 2.02 GAA and a .932 SV% in 13 games.

Dennis Robertson scored 16 points in 65 games last year with Carolina’s AHL affiliate, the Charlotte Checkers.

Jeremy Smith posted a 2.57 GAA and a .911 SV% in 17 games with the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL in 2016-17. With the lowly Colorado Avalanche, he had a 3.54 GAA and a .888 SV% in 10 games.

Brenden Kichton scored 23 points in 63 games last year with the Manitoba Moose.
Columbus

Cameron Gaunce split the 2016-17 season between the Pittsburgh and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. In the NHL he played 12 games, scoring four points. In the AHL he played 49 games, scoring 13 points.
Los Angeles

Minnesota

Kyle Rau was not qualified by the Florida Panthers. In 48 games in Springfield, Rau scored 24 points. In the NHL with the Panthers, Rau scored three points in 24 games.
Montreal

Matt Taormina scored 60 points in 70 games with the Syracuse Crunch in 2016-17.
The Canadiens have agreed to terms on a one-year, one-way contract with free agent defenseman Joe Morrow for the 2017-18 season.

Joe Morrow was not qualified by the Boston Bruins, making him an unrestricted free agent. In 17 games in the NHL last year, Morrow had one assist. He also played three games in Providence, also registering just one assist.
New York Islanders
