Three-star wide receiver and Florida commit Dionte Marks has signed his NLI to the University of Florida. This is a nice signing for the Gators as Marks was committed to the Florida Gators once he received the offer. Mullen likes his skill set as he is a perfect fit and can really make a huge impact on the Florida Gators offense in the future. This is the second WR Mullen has signed at Florida in this class. Dionte Marks is the second wide receiver that will sign with the Florida Gators recruiting class with Ja’markis Weston.
Who is Dionte Marks?
Dionte Marks is a three-star wide receiver out of Deland High School in Deland, Florida. The Florida wide receiver commit is one of the top wide receivers in the state of Florida. He was a tough get for the Gators as Florida had to battle with Florida State and Nebraska for Marks. He really took off in recruiting once he committed to Florida and made some explosive plays his senior year. Marks signed with Florida over Florida State, Nebraska and West Virginia.
On the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Marks is the 90th ranked recruit in Florida and the 104th ranked wide receiver in the country. On ESPN, Marks is a four-star ranked recruit and the 46th ranked wide receiver in the country. The Gators have added a really solid wide out who could really make an impact in the future. Being an early signee, Marks is locked in the Florida Gators 2019 recruiting class. Marks could be the Gators future slot receiver as he’s very explosive and has a good burst of speed.
