Dan Mullen and the Florida Gators coaching staff have signed a solid offensive lineman in the class. Three-star offensive tackle and Florida commit Chris Bleich has signed his NLI to the University of Florida. This is a nice signing for the Gators as Bleich is a very strong offensive lineman who was quick to commit to the Gators. The Gators are in need of help in the trenches since the offensive line struggled for the most part of last season. Bleich is currently the only offensive lineman committed to the Florida Gators.
Who is Chris Bleich?
Chris Bleich is a three-star OT out of Wyoming Valley West High School in Plymouth, Pennsylvania. The Florida OT commit was the first recruit to commit to Dan Mullen once he was named Florida’s head coach. He is a big, physical offensive tackle. Bleich is a really solid offensive lineman with a lot of size and athletic ability. He is a tough blocker which could also play guard if the Gators need him to. Lang flipped from UCLA to the Florida Gators.
According to 247 Sports, Bleich is the 374th ranked recruit and the 29th ranked OT in the country. According to ESPN, Bleich is the 12th ranked recruit in Pennsylvania and the 22nd ranked OT in the country. The Gators have added a strong offensive tackle. John Hevesy was really high on Bleich while he was at Mississippi State. The Gators have still not decided how they are going to break up the offensive line coaching position with John Hevesy and Brad Davis.
