Ben’s Take: Bowman had a solid pre-season including a game winning goal, and first star performance against the Boston Bruins, and a nice pass to Nathan Beaulieu for an assist against the Blackhawks. He will add depth to the Bulldogs and be available as an experienced and versatile forward if injuries arise in Montreal. Bowman is a solid skater, who is good on the forecheck, and can play on the penalty kill.
