And so today we bring our loyal readers and listeners Episode #7 of our hockey podcast, “Tape to Tape” featuring LWOS Hockey Analysts, Chicago-native brothers Dom and Cristian Simonetta.
Stanley Cup Final Preview
This week’s episode begins the “Stanley Cup Edition” of the podcast which will be previewing and recapping the series as a whole, and a new episode will air before every game between the New York Rangers and the Los Angeles Kings as they battle for Lord Stanley’s Mug.
Episode 7 starts off with the brothers discussing how the Rangers and the Kings made it to the Stanley Cup Final with an analysis of their previous matchups. Next, they break down the two teams and their respective forwards, defensemen, special teams, and goaltending.
Dom and Cristian then discuss the players who they believe have the ability to change the momentum of the series, and which players will be key for their club to capture the 2014 Stanley Cup. In the end, the two provide their predictions for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals which goes tonight in Los Angeles.
