For whatever reason, it would appear that Eugenie Bouchard has decided to grace a Montreal Canadiens player with her presence. That man: Alex Galchenyuk.
Rumors are swirling that the 19-year-old Tennis Superstar, newly named “WTA Newcomer Of The Year” and Westmount, Montreal, Quebec native Bouchard and 19-year-old Canadiens superstar and 2012 third overall pick Alex Galchenyuk are an item.
Brandon Prust tweeted out: “Hey guys @AGally94 is not dating @geniebouchard .. But maybe they should??? #thoughts”
Of course this tweet did little to quell the rumors.
If they are dating, Galchenyuk would not the first Habs youngster to date a Canadian Tennis star as Alexandra Wozniak and current Hamilton Bulldog Louis Leblanc are also an item.
Galchenyuk is second on the Habs in scoring this season with five goals and 16 points in 22 games.
